Flavonoid glycoside 3,7,4'-trihydroxy-3'-methoxyflavone-5-O-[-?-D-xylopyranosyl (1?2)]-?-D-galactopyranoside 1 have been isolated from the stem of Pongamia pinnata. The structures have been established on the basis of chemical evidences and spectroscopic method.
